When is a DA required?
You'll usually need a full development application if your block is under the minimum size, the unit exceeds the size cap, or the land has heritage, flood or bushfire overlays. We prepare the paperwork either way.
Cyclone regions
Standard units are rated N3. In cyclone regions C and D (northern WA, QLD and NT) we upgrade the frame, tie-downs and glazing, with a region-specific structural certificate.
